TouchPick provides informational statistics and picks content about professional American football. It is not betting advice; probabilities are estimates and do not guarantee results.

TouchPick is an independent app: there is no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by any league or team.

Account: registration requires a verified email. You are responsible for your account and your credentials.

Subscription: TouchPick Premium costs $4.99/month and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation is done in the app (More → Cancel subscription → Stripe's secure portal); access continues until the end of the period already paid. Amounts already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

You must be 18 or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use TouchPick.

Acceptable use: no account sharing, and no scraping or automated extraction of the content.

The service and its content may change over time. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law. Governing law: Florida, USA.

Data collected: TouchPick collects your name and email address for your account, plus your subscription status.

Payments are processed by Stripe; TouchPick never receives or stores full card numbers.

Service providers are used only as needed to operate the service: Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts) and Cloudflare (hosting).

The app uses local storage on your device to keep your session.

Purposes: providing the service and support. Your personal data is not sold.

You may request access to or deletion of your data by writing to support@gettouchpick.com.
